Office 2010/2013 update
Our Office update course is an ideal course for people updating from an earlier version of Microsoft Office (such as Office 2003/2007/2010) to a new version of Microsoft Office. The upgrade course is available for upgrading to versions 2010 or 2013.
The distinctive changes in the interface (eg: replacement of drop-down menus with “The Ribbon”) can slow down and frustrate staff as they move from the old interface to the new interface. This course solves those problems.
As well as learning how to navigate the new system, participants also learn many of the new excitingand impressive features available in Office which will improve the quality and efficiency of theirwork.
As well as plenty of exercises for participants to work with during the session, there is also ampletime built in to this course for participants to ask questions and have any subjects covered in depth,according to their needs – making this an ideal course personalised to your staff’s requirements.
This course covers Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (or any combination required).
Windows 7/8 update
Windows 8 upgrade training (half day) is an ideal course for people who are upgrading from an earlier version of Windows such as Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7. The upgrade course is available for upgrading to versions 7 or 8.
There are numerous changes to the way Windows operates in Windows 7 or 8 including the new Metro Start screen and many corporate office staff and home users find the new start screen and toolbar systems confusing and difficult to use.
This course teaches your staff how to work efficiently and confidently with Windows 7 or 8 as well asshowing many time-saving and organisation tricks to make your staff enthusiastic about upgrading tothe Windows 7 or 8 operating system.
